How do I add my photo ?

To add your photo  you need to have a digital photo (a scanned photo of yourself on the computer/digital camera). If you DO NOT have a digital photo click here. If you do have a digital photo all you need to do is:

Login to your account. 
Click on Add My Photograph in the My Account menu and follow the instructions provided. 
Fill in the information and click the 'Upload Photograph' button at the end of the form. 

How do I change photo ?

To change your photo  you need to have a digital photo (a scanned photo of yourself on the computer/digital camera). If you DO NOT have a digital photo click here for further instructions. If you do have a digital photo all you need to do is: 

Login to your  account.
Click on 'Add My Photo' in the My Account menu  and follow the instructions provided. 
Fill in the information and click the 'Upload Photograph' button at the end of the form. 

NOTE: The photograph you had stored earlier will automatically be deleted and replaced with the new one you upload. it stores only 1 photograph per profile.

How do I remove my photo from my profile?

To remove your photo all you need to do is: please write to us at remove_photo@timesmatch.com along with your  User ID and your e-mail address that was registered with us.

I added my photo but it is not showing up on the site. Why?

There could be several reasons for this. 

If your photograph was not in the proper .jpg or .gif file format, then it may not be recognised by our program which is why it is not showing up on the site.

We reviews all photographs uploaded by members. While we allow members the ability to upload their photographs, we reserve the right to remove/delete any photograph that violates socially accepted norms of decency and/or contains any form of nudity. This may even include beach photographs of our members. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope that you appreciate our efforts for protecting our members.

Finally, it is possible that there was some technical error/problem at the time of uploading the photograph. In which case we request that you try the same procedure once again. 

Note: If your photograph does not show up inspite of following the above instructions please write to us at photo@timesmatch.com along with your  User ID and your e-mail address that was registered with us.

I don't have a digital photo of myself. I have a normal non-digital photograph. Can I add it to my profile ? How?

We provides a FREE scanning and image digitising service to its members. All you need to do is send us your photograph at the addresses listed below. We will then scan, enhance, optimise and upload your photograph alongside your profile.

Important Instructions to Follow:

Please put your photograph in an envelope (preferably non-crushable) with your  User ID and your e-mail address that was registered with us, your name and signature written behind the photograph.

We are not responsible or liable for any photographs that may get damaged or lost in transit. Also, photographs will NOT be returned so please ensure that you send us only a duplicate or a copy.

Finally, we need a minimum of 2 working days to upload your photograph after we have received it so please be patient. You will be notified via email once your photograph has been uploaded. 

Tips to make my photograph look really good?

There are 3 steps involved in making your photograph look good on the Internet.

1) Select a photograph that is bright and colourful. 

2)  Once you have selected and scanned your photograph you can enhance it using Image Enhancing softwares like Adobe PhotoShop or Corel Photopaint. 

3) Finally, make sure you save your enhanced photograph as a .jpg or .gif file.  Having a small file size is important so that it loads quickly on the Internet.
